On the Press Start screen, input A then hold L + R and input DOWN, DOW, RIGHT, UP. The Press Start message will turn green. During gameplay, the following codes and code effects may be input and activated:

If the code input is correct, the phrase Cheat Activated
will appear. All codes may be toggled off by re-entry.
