Hint: Fangorn Troll Easy Kill
When playing with Arrogon and you can summon Legolas, recharge your spirit energy until you can summon him. Legolas will take most of the trolls life down then you will have to hit him only once or twice to kill it.
Cheat: Free Items in Multiplayer
When another player in multiplayer mode has a has an item you want, have them trade it to you. After the item is traded to you save your game, but dont let the other player who traded to you save his game. Then, quit multiplayer or shut of your GameBoy Advance. When you turn it back on, both you and the person who traded this item will have it.
Hint: Exploit Overdraw Skill
This is with Legolas only, as its his skill. What you must do is hold down B, then press A to charge up the skill. Now let go of B, and you will fire a normal arrow. If you dont let go of A, you can walk around with a full Overdraw skill, for as long as you want!
Hint: Get Rare Items Easily
You need to play as Aragorn, Legoles, or Gandalf for this trick to work. When you reach the Fangorn Troll level, fight the boss and his mini counterpart any way you want to. After you beat them, collect your spoils, which usually include rare items, and then save and quit. Now reload the level and fight the boss over and over again to keep getting more rare items.
Hint -- Sweeping Aragorn Invincibility
Ever been really frustrated by the fact that Aragorn cant block attacks very well when he has two swords equipped (especially against archers who run away)?
If youre at or above Level 5 and know Sweep, this can help. If youre in the midst of a group of enemies, Sweep not only clears room around you, but it also makes Aragorn temporarily invincible for the duration of the attack. This is most noticeable if youre fighting archers.
Try this: Find any Orc archer and wait for it to shoot. Use Sweep before the arrow hits you. See how the arrow passes right "through" him? This is especially helpful in boss battles, especially if youre level 9 and fighting the Moria Troll.
Theres another bonus to Sweep: Like Legolass Overdraw arrows and Aragorns own Sword Throw, every moment that Aragorns swords are in contact with an enemy, they hit and make either an injure or an armor-block sound. Try it against the Moria Troll in Balins Tomb, and youll hear multiple hitting/armor-clang sounds as the blades rip through it (not nearly as many as the Sword Throw but theyre still there).
Not only do you do large damage to the troll, but neither it nor the surrounding Orcs can hit you for most of your brief attack!
Use this tip especially if youre very low on health and surrounded by archers or strong enemies. Sweep can be invaluable if you get good enough with it.
