Small home team players
Enable Cheat mode and press C-Up, C-Down at the cheat screen.
Small away team players
Enable Cheat mode and press C-Up, C-Right at the cheat screen.
Big heads on away team
Enable Cheat mode and press C-Up (x2), C-Down, C-Left, C-Right at the cheat screen.
Big heads on home team
Enable Cheat mode and press C-Up (x2), C-Down at the cheat screen.
Long necks on both teams
Enable Cheat mode and press C-Up (x2), C-Down, C-Up, C-Down at the cheat screen.
Big heads on both teams (and long necks on home team)
Enable Cheat mode and press C-Up (x2), C-Down, C-Right at the cheat screen.
Nintendo teams
Highlight "Quick Play" or "Arcade Play" options at the mode selection screen, then press C-Right + A. The Nintendo Gamers, Left Field Lefties, and Nintendo Plumbers teams will appear between the All-star teams and Pacific division.
Bonus teams
Enable Cheat mode and press C-Up (x2), C-Down (x2), C-Up (x2), C-Down (x2) at the cheat screen.
Clone home and away teams
Press C-Up (x7) at the team selection screen. (The sound of a bouncing ball confirms correct entry.) Press C-Down the indicated number of times to create a home team. To create an away team, press Z to display team statistics before pressing C-Down.
