Hint: Beat Despair easily
To beat Despair easily be Callisto. Then when you get to Despair go to the opposite side of the room. He will try to kill you with the rocks that he throws. First press C-up + C-right and Callisto will make lava shoot out from where Despair is standing. He will probably jump afterwards if he does shoot fireballs by pressing Back Forward then C-up. Do that again
and again. If you time it correctly you will beat Despair without being hurt. Soon you will
beat both battles with Despair easily. It took me about five minutes to win both battles with Despair.
Hint: Beat Titan Quest Mode Easy
To beat Titan Quest mode easily without any cheats simply be Despair.
Now simply keep crouched then just continually use his "Grinder" move
(described in the Combo section already) to quickly take down the two
attacking enemies while ducking the shooters attacks. Of course try to
keep all enemies in front of you so you dont get hit in the back. When you
finally get to the last team make sure to take the other Despair down as
fast as possible.
